Masters Student

I am a final year student at IIITDM Kancheepuram pursuing a dual degree with M.Tech specialization in Signal Processing and B.Tech in Electronics and Communication department. I'm currently working on Incremental learning based Non-linear Distributed Active Noise Cancellation using Machine Learning techniques at the Acoustics lab and also working as an intern at 5G Testbed, IIT Madras. 


Considering the latest work on Active Noise Control using Machine learning for my Masters thesis, I'm following papers titled "Long Short Term Memory and Convolutional Neural Networks for Active Noise Control" by Samuel Park, Eric Patterson, Carl Baum , "Incremental Learning Based Adaptive Filter for Nonlinear Distributed Active Noise Control System" by RUCHI KUKDE, M. SABARIMALAI MANIKANDAN (Member, IEEE), AND GANAPATI PANDA (Senior Member, IEEE) with DOI: 10.1109/OJSP.2020.2975768 and "Bio-inspired evolutionary computing approach for distributed active noise control problem" by Ruchi Kukde , Ganapati Panda , M. Sabarimalai Manikandan.


My research interests are Audio and Acoustic Signal Processing, Machine Learning and Image Processing. I have worked on projects titled 'Copy-Move Forgery detection' on Image Processing and 'Acoustic Feedback Cancellation in sparse systems' using robust re-weighted zero attracting least mean square (RRZA-LMS) algorithm with adaptive filters as part of my course curriculum. 


Apart from academics, I enjoy reading and dancing.
